After Thanksgiving is over, there is still SO much to do! Like decorate for Christmas!
We started our decorating outside. Jackson was quite helpful hanging balls in the tree...he LOVED climbing the ladder! We could barely get him down!

And Diva was quite a good supervisor. She does LOVE being in the front yard, so it was a great time for her.
After the outside was decorated, we worked a bit on the inside. We decided not to put our big tree up this year. I've never gone a year without it, but given how Jackson climbs EVERYTHING right now, we thought it best. :-)
So, a good friend let us borrow the small tree he & his wife used the last couple of years (while their little girl was 2-3 years old). It fits perfectly on our dining room table, along with some of the nativity sets I've collected over the years. Jackson STILL tries to get his little hands on it, but luckily, it's just a bit too high!

After decorating, we managed to get our family Christmas picture taken. It was hard enough last year to get Jackson and Diva to look at the camera, but it was even harder this year. And we had a REALLY hard time getting Jackson to smile. He'll smile any other time, but not when his Mommy is trying to get a family photo. :-) Oh well! Here are a few of the shots we managed to get.
