Late morning, we drove down to Monticello. Suzanne was hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year in her new home, which is right next to Aunt Charlotte's house! It's a gorgeous home and we loved seeing all the work they've done to it.
Jackson fell asleep on our trip down (thank goodness; he needed the nap!), but as soon as he was awake, Zoe took over and did an amazing job entertaining Jackson and Carson. Stephen even joined in and we were so impressed by them both!
All that playing makes a little boy (and the adults!) very hungry! Lucky for us, the Stephens family knows how to make/eat a Thanksgiving dinner. :-)
You start with the ham, turkey and Great-Grandma's amazing dressing...
And you add a little fruit, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, crock pot macaroni & cheese, squash casserole...well, you get the idea.

All that food made Jackson a very happy boy!
After lunch, there was still time to hang out & play...especially fun when Zoe is around!!

After a quick outfit change (lots of drooling going on with Jackson's new molar coming in!), there was still a little energy left to do some acrobatics with Daddy...

But the day finally took its toll on our little man and he snuggled up close to Daddy.

To finish off our Thanksgiving blog, here are a few more favorite photos from our great day...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We're so grateful for ALL the family and friends in our lives!!
