We have lots of traditions in the Arthur family, some of them
weirder than others! One of Wendy's FAVORITE traditions is that we eat McDonald's for dinner on Christmas Eve. We can't even remember why or when this tradition started, but many years later, it's still fun!! Wendy impressively finished off her Big Mac and LARGE fries!
Another family tradition is giving each other ornaments and pajamas on Christmas Eve. Wendy & I got matching red pj's from Mom and Jackson got "I love Santa" pj's that his Daddy picked out. Diva wore her new Christmas sweater for our family photo Friday night. We all got great ornaments, especially Jackson. And Daddy surprised everyone with matching ornaments with all our names on them, celebrating our Christmas together.
Jackson's Grandma gave him a VERY special gift that made Aunt Wendy cry (see video below). It's the book "The Night Before Christmas," but the special part is that my Mom's voice is recorded in it, reading it to Jackson. So special!! He'll have it forever and we can always remember Grandma reading it to him this 1st Christmas together.

We may steal that gingerbread house tradition next year - love that (and the McD's too...always need a good excuse for a Big Mac!) Aunt Wendy - you big sap! I love all these videos of you crying - ha ha, y'all are too cute! See everyone soon, woo hoo! xoxo
