In early November, Jackson went on the most awesome vacation with Auntie Wendy and Uncle Matt in Asheville!! Mommy and Daddy were SO lucky when Wendy & Matt offered to watch Jackson so we could go play (and run a 5K!) at Disney with cousin Melanie.
Over the 5 days we were gone, Wendy and Matt had tons of fun with Jackson and they got some amazing photos, so we had to make sure they were chronicled in our blog!!
We drove up to Asheville on Thursday afternoon, November 8th. (Our flight left from the Asheville airport the next morning.) It was awesome to see Wendy & Matt's brand new house! SO PRETTY!! We all especially enjoyed the backyard...Daddy & Jackson got some last-minute playtime in. Jackson loves to be thrown way up in the air!
Over the next few days, Jackson did some "wooly worm exploration" with Auntie in the backyard...
Shared his harmonica-playing skills with Auntie & Uncle...
Played dress-up in his favorite Tigger outfit...
And went to the park with Uncle Matt while Auntie had to work...
But we're certain that his FAVORITE thing was visiting Uncle Matt's new fire station. Those trucks are SO big!!
Jackson even got his very own "Fire Chief" helmet and sticker...lucky boy!!
We're so grateful for the time Jackson got to spend with his amazing Auntie & Uncle...he's one lucky boy!! Here are a few of our favorite photos all rolled into one...
