To match our fireman/truck theme, we had to have the same kind of cake, right? I couldn't find exactly what I wanted, so I had the bakery put roads on the cake and then I found some cute firetruck candles to put on top.
The bakery made Jackson his very own "smash cake," but he's not too into sugary foods (I know, how can he POSSIBLY be Anil's son, right?!), so he shared it with Grandpa.
The kids loaded up on cake and ice cream. (I'm always amazed at how much sugar they can eat!)
Newly energized by their sweet treats, it was time to play! Jackson explored some of his new toys with help from Ella, Tyler and Madeline...
He "laughed it up" with Jason...
...and tried out his new firetruck (from J.R.) with Thomas...
Soon, it was time to say goodbye to everyone, including our BFF Kathy...
It was an awesome party and we thank everybody who came!!
