New 1sts from the last month

The last month has brought plenty of new "firsts" for Jackson.

Here are just a few of them...we know there are many more to come!!

In early December, we FINALLY got Jackson to take his first nap in his crib. He much prefers his swing, even to this day! He still only naps in it (he hasn't made it through a whole night), but we have hopes that he'll be fully in it soon!

In mid-December, Jackson had his first bath in the bath tub (as opposed to the sink). And, yes, there is a little washcloth over his privates for Mommy's "protection"! :-)

Toward the end of December, Jackson had gotten so good at holding his head up that Daddy gave him his first shoulder ride. He gripped Daddy's hair tightly, but he seemed to love it!

And then, just last week, Jackson's very first passport arrived! He looks a little cranky in it, but that's because we had to wake him up & take him out of the car seat right before they took the picture. We're just glad it's here & now we can travel wherever we want...most importantly, of course, to Canada!

Just one more photo to finish...Diva has "taken over" Jackson's boppy, as it snuggles her perfectly at nap time. We love seeing the two of them in Jackson's room together, sleeping. So sweet!
