This past week, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit. Anil had to go on a business trip for a few days and Stephanie needed to go to the office, so Jackson stayed home with his grandparents. There were MANY smiles and laughs shared throughout the week. And we got to celebrate Grandpa's birthday with him, which was very special for all of us.
Jackson really loved walking around the house with Grandpa. It always seemed to calm him down, even when he was upset. Sadly, it was cold or rainy most of the week, so we didn't get out for any walks, but we made do inside the house.
One night, Jackson and Grandma had some laughing fun together as he played in his new jumperoo. He's laughed some in the past few weeks, but this was definitely the BIGGEST laughter we've heard out of him yet! Thanks, Grandma, for playing with me!!

So cute! And if I close my eyes, he sounds so much like Violet - that same joy-infused laugh! It will be fun to see them hanging out together soon - if we can get them giggling together, it would be quite funny to see them playing off each other!
