Getting ready for Christmas

I'm so far behind in posting! Jackson's awake a LOT more these days, and while we love that he's up & playing, it also makes it harder to get on the computer!

We had lots of fun getting ready for Christmas this year. we visited Santa and Jackson was the perfect angel. He's awake & happy, which was great. Of course, we laughed at the girl who was taking the picture because she kept trying to get Jackson to look at the camera...I kept trying to tell her that a 2-month old isn't going to cooperate, so just take the picture. :-) It turned out pretty good, considering Jackson wasn't sure what was going on!













We also had a good time decorating the house this year. Anil worked hard on the outside, hanging all the lights. I hung the bows and the wreaths on the windows. There were a few things we didn't get up, but we'll try again next year!













For the first time this year, we had four stockings on our mantle. We found the cutest train stocking for Jackson. It was huge, so we had a hard time filling it up!














Our Christmas tree turned out perfect in the front room. We waited for Jackson to be awake until we turned on the lights, but to be honest, he didn't seem to be too impressed. :-) Here are a couple pictures of our tree, including one with me & Diva.
