Before we knew it, it was Saturday morning. I'd planned a brunch for all the ladies in the family & the bridesmaids at Wendy's cottage. What a perfect way to start the wedding morning - food, family, gifts & laughter!
We were packed into the living room, but it was worth it. I got Wendy a "bling-y" silver Coach purse. She does love her bling... and Coach! :-)
Everyone stayed for a little over 1 & 1/2 hours, and then it was time for Wendy to have some "quiet" time with just us girls. We didn't want her to be too exhausted!Wendy's hairdresser drove down to Dillard to our hair for the big event. So great of her!
And we were really happy that Wendy agreed to do our makeup!! She said it actually helped her "relax", so that was good.We did a short champagne toast to "good times" (Wendy's favorite saying) and then it was time to get dressed!!
Wendy was truly a Grecian goddess with her hair in curls and gorgeous dress. Rick & Jen, the photographers, arrived and it was off to be photographed! Soon, it would be time for the ceremony!!
