The month of August was a big one for us! At the beginning of the month, we started brushing Jackson's teeth...he has eight of them now, so there's lots to take care of!
Then, mid-month, Jackson stood on his own for the very first time (it's hard to believe that was only a few weeks ago!)
A week later, we blew up Jackson's first baby pool and had a little fun in the backyard. I think Jackson was a bit confused and thought Mommy & Daddy were just trying to give him a bath outside....weird Mommy & Daddy!
During the last weekend of August, we took Jackson to church for the first time. Here he is, looking handsome with his Daddy. The ladies in the nursery said he was SO good and played the whole time. We're so excited he enjoyed it and we're looking forward to getting more involved in the church and watching him grow up there.
The same weekend, we went out for a late breakfast at IHOP and ordered off the children's menu for the 1st time. I can't believe my little man is eating off a restaurant menu! While we waiting for our food, Jackson did a little coloring...
He ate a couple small pancakes and ALL of his eggs. He's a great eater, just like his Daddy...
All that food must have made him thirsty. The boy does LOVE his apple juice!
