After our blueberry-picking adventure, we headed to Caroline's house for a pool party celebrating the birthdays of Aunt Charlotte and America! :-) We had LOTS of yummy food and desserts, including a blackberry cobbler made by my Grandma with hand-picked blackberries from her yard. Wendy & I will never divulge just how much of that cobbler we ate!!
It was a PERFECT day for the pool and spent hours floating around and swimming. LOVE Caroline's saline pool...so nice without the chlorine! Here are Zoe, Caroline, Carson & Suzanne enjoying some water time...
Jackson did great in his little float and out of it, practicing his "swimming". Daddy even tried dunking him a couple of times underneath the water...he wasn't quite sure he was a fan of that!
Jackson and Carson enjoyed lots of playtime. They're both crawling and standing up on their own, so it definitely makes it easier for them to play together! Check out little Carson with those gorgeous blue eyes!
Before we left for home, we had to get one last photo with Great-Grandma. 90 years separates her & the boys, but they sure do look great together!
Back in Conyers, Jackson enjoyed playing with Grandma's spools of ribbons...He does love anything he can make a mess with!
The next morning, before he and Wendy headed back to Asheville, Matt had a little wrestling/tickle session with Jackson. So cute...
